Our $199 personalised quote consultation is a pre-engagement service where a dedicated project manager reviews your requirements and delivers a locked, accurate quote within 24 hours of your consultation. • The $199 fee is fully deducted from your final project cost if you proceed • If we fail to deliver your quote within 24 hours of your scheduled consultation, you are entitled to a full refund • The consultation fee is non-refundable if you choose not to proceed after receiving your quote • Your locked quote is valid for 6 months from the date of issue • Payments are processed securely via Stripe

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Designova Studio and protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. Upon receipt of full payment for a project: • The client receives full ownership of all agreed deliverables • Designova Studio retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless the client requests otherwise in writing Source code, frameworks, and third-party libraries used in projects remain subject to their respective licences.

Payment terms are specified in each project agreement or invoice. Our standard terms are: • A deposit (typically 30–50%) is required before work commences • Remaining balance is due upon project completion or as milestones are reached • Invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed • Late payments may incur an interest charge of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance • Work may be paused on projects with overdue invoices • All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated • Payments are processed via Stripe or direct bank transfer The $199 quote consultation fee is charged at time of booking and deducted from your final project invoice.

Estimated project timelines are provided in good faith. Timelines may change due to: • Scope changes requested by the client • Delays in receiving client-supplied content or approvals • Unforeseen technical requirements We will communicate any material timeline changes promptly. Revision rounds are specified per project. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately. Requests for significant scope changes will require a revised project agreement.

We treat all client information, project details, and business information as confidential. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to deliver your project (e.g. sharing with a hosting provider). Clients are similarly expected to keep our pricing, processes, and proprietary methodologies confidential.

Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days written notice. In the event of termination: • The client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date • Designova Studio will deliver all completed work and assets upon receipt of final payment • Advance payments and deposits are non-refundable • Intellectual property rights transfer only for fully paid deliverables Designova Studio reserves the right to terminate services immediately for non-payment, abusive conduct, or requests to create unlawful content.

Designova Studio warrants that: • Services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner • We have the rights to provide the services and deliverables outlined in your agreement We do not warrant that: • Our website will be uninterrupted or error-free • Results from using our services will meet specific business outcomes • Third-party tools or platforms used in your project will remain available or unchanged To the extent permitted by law, all other warranties are excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Designova Studio's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to mediation before initiating legal proceedings. Both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
